Follow a guided program with tutorials and workouts on your own time, from anywhere!

 

Intro to Homewerk

Beginner strength training course

Ballistics Course

Intermediate/advanced course. You will learn and practice advanced strength and conditioning movements

LIVE AND RECORDED CLASSES

Live group classes that follow a monthly strength training program: Work hard with a team while following a smart program!

 

QuickWerk

30-minute upper, lower and total body strength workouts

Advanced Homewerk

60-minute muscle-group focused strength and conditioning

PERSONAL TRAINING

Work 1 on 1 virtually or in person with a Homewerk Personal Trainer. This is the perfect option if you want individualized attention, are recovering from an injury, or are training for a specific race or sport. 

NUTRITION

Work with Lizzy, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to learn how to meet your goals through nutrition. First two sessions are 60-minutes and include intake and assessment, goal setting, offline nutrient analysis and evaluation.

MEET LIZZY

Lizzy is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and NASM-Certified Personal Trainer. Lizzy has a BA in Economics and Hispanic Studies from the University of Pennsylvania and an MS in Human Nutrition from Drexel University. 

 

Lizzy's fitness journey began as a middle school basketball player who would always come in last place in team sprints. This grew into a love for running to train for sports, and years later, a love for strength training to help prevent running injuries. Soon after beginning her career in finance, Lizzy found group fitness and quickly fell in love with getting stronger in a high energy setting. One year later, Lizzy left her job and decided to pursue her passions in fitness and nutrition.

Fast forward four years, Lizzy has developed a group fitness concept that combines what she loves most from group fitness and personal training. At Homewerk, you will find workouts programmed to progress you through a training plan,  just like you would receive working 1-on-1 with a personal trainer. This type of training, combined with an amazing community of people getting stronger in a group setting, makes Homewerk Fitness unique.

Lizzy's goal is to combine fitness and nutrition to help her clients feel strong, empowered and motivated. Wherever you are starting, Homewerk has a home for you.
